houhous being reprinted makes this 4 non unique cavalry shugenja.
im greatly impressed we can now defend against unicorn with some actual numbers durring early attacks.

Actually i don't see a change, only a clarification for new players (you don't get Houhou 3ph).
Once during the dynasty phase, you can get honor from bringing personnality into play.
Unless there is a change in the rules. Which we didn't see in the major changes.
Let's delete those useless posts? Plus, this is Ueda's post, not Houhou's.
Back to the topic.
He is another good personnality, he could make it into a cheap cavalry military deck. Which seems good. The deck seems strong and interressant. But all the solutions are ready: Fury, Imperial Census, Justly Earned Victory. Plus, the fact that Unicorn might be better to play that kind of game (even with -2 Family Honor).
