threw together a legacy deck for the fun of it the other day and ningens little version proves to be amazing. his EXP 3 will be nice in legacy for PoC void tact blitz as well

And look closely at his hand - you can see the space where Ningan apparently use to have a 6th finger between the thumb and first finger (I am assuming lost to some mishap with a fiery spell - void shugenjas should stick to void spells). The ability to draw an accurate human form - which is not easy to do - but if you are going to make a living from it you should be able to do and this just doesnt look right. The proportions of the head and torso etc leave a bit to be desired - not way off but enough to annoy. And while the artist is close to capturing the face used in the cool version shown elsewhere he seems to look more like a North American Indian than Eastern shugenja, which again is just a bit off. Its all little things that make it suck - but the hand which is a focal point of the picture because of the brightness of that area that really makes it suck. Love the text and ability though. Oh and I though Ochai was dead?

I think the art is fine. Personally, I think the picture from his SE version was stupid...This one is a bit low-key for a Phoenix Elemental Master for me, but otherwise I think it's nice.

None of the Elemental Masters have died in the War of Dark Fire, Emori and Ningen are the two that might have. And there is no way Masakazu is allowing anything to happen to Ochiai.

Isawa Reido may see some more play in honor since he can consistently blow up the yojimbo to blow up an undead token or a 2F follower.
