I love it, it has different uses in each deck, this is what spells need to be.

They weren't kidding about making spells better. I love this card.

There is no doubt that that is Kimi. The staff is a dead giveaway.

I see a new spell to attach to a shugenja using touch of ice, I don't want either to end up in battle, too easy a target even with the force bump. Yet, during that last battle, I will have a shugenja with a formidable force to deal with. All good, I'm liking what I see. :D
