he doesn't seem very usable for military, way to easy to kill him off, i do like that it appears the are developing the alchemist more i would like to see where they take it

Well, when compared to basic Kyoko...
+1 PH +1 Elemental Keyword and Alchemist --------- +1 G + might die, even if you try to build your deck according to that
As Alchemist just keys off one (quite contitional = bad) card right now I don't think this will compensate for his goldcost: 5(3)G is ALOT harder to pay for than 4(2)G just to get another body.
Looks like this dude either was 3/3 in Playtest like the Scorpion - oder costed at 4G, but then got hit by the nerfbat due to being too good.
Heck, when compared to (the stellar) Ueda: +1 PH ---- - Cav + 1 G >_<

I really can't see this guy getting played i just can't see why he would be good. We have better boxables that dont die for every occasion, playing mil or blitz he's gonna get choosen over same for honor, anyone see where we could use hime with out a better option availble?

*If* you could drop a Ring, early, from a SoC build, then the opponent would need to have either two Temples or two Rings to get him to detonate. The former is likely only in a mirror match, right? The latter, in a serious Enlightenment deck.
The odds aren't that bad, surely?
Cheers! ODie...

i feels like they are trying to push us into a slap ring into play as opposed to enlightenment, with elements align, and this guy...a temple honor runner with 3 rings in it and elements align i would use him but outside of that unless they have some awesome alchemist cards this set, not goin to use
